60/40 MIX

A high-end mixture designed for athletic fields, home lawns and park areas where top-performing turf is needed and frequent maintenance is available. This mixture established quickly, has exceptional recovery from wear and provides a dense, dark green turf in areas of full sun. Ideal for overseeding damaged turf that needs quick cover.

CLOSE CUT KBG BLEND
Offering the best bluegrasses available on the market for superior color & performance with aggressive wear recovery. Excellent for high performance athletic fields, golf course roughs and fairways. Also ideal for lawns, highly maintained parks and recreation areas.

3-WAY PERENNIAL RYEGRASS BLEND
This blend combines Double Time, the fastest establishing perennial ryegrass with NTEP-leading perennial ryegrasses for elite turf with a deep, rich green color and excellent moving characteristics. This blend has improved disease and insect resistance. Ideal for new seeding or overseeding in areas of full sun where a straight perennial ryegrass turf look is desired.

PENN STATE MIXTURE
This all-purpose mixture is an economical blend of ryegrass, fescue and bluegrass for a durable turf mixture that performs well in all locations from full sun to partial shade. Penn State is an excellent choice where more expensive or higher maintenance turf is not required. Great choice for lawns, commerical sites, golf course roughs, tees and fairways. Also ideal for campus, playground and park areas.

40% Creeping Red Fescue
20% Kentucky Bluegass

TOUGH TURF TWCA MIXTURE
Tough Turf is a drought resistant, environmentally friendly mixture that uses 40% less water than ordinary grass seed. With natural disease and insect resistance, Tough Turf also requires less fertilizer and chemical inputs while providing a quality, wear tolerant turf. DOUBLE TIME PRG
Double Time is the newest variety of Perennial Ryegrass. It is different that other Perennial Ryegrasses as it is actually a tetraploid as opposed to a diploid so it gerrminates faster and has a lower seated crown. This makes it more wear tolerant and perfect for high traffic areas.
